About Us

St. Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church (est. 2009), is the only Coptic Orthodox Church in Utah and is located in Clearfield, 25 minutes north of Salt Lake City. The church is part of the North-Western U.S. diocese. The Coptic Church was established by St. Mark at the dawn of Christianity over 2,000 years ago. The tradition of the church is that of the original Orthodox faith. Through the sacrifices and faith of generations of Christians', the church has stayed steadfast on the original teachings of the apostles.
